Payment: Enclose check or money order, payable to Rich Osthoff, for total amount. Sorry, no credit card or C.O.D orders.
Volume Discount: If the Fly Sub Total is $50 to $99.99, subtract 5%. If the Fly Sub Total is $100 or higher, subtrtact 10%. This Volume Discount applies to flies only. If ordering two or more books, apply a 15% discount to books.
Shipping: All orders are shipped Priority Mail, Insured, at a charge of $6.50. If you prefer shipping by another method or outside the U.S., please call for pricing.
Delivery Time: Most fly orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks of receipt. Orders received in April thru June, may take longer. Please Note: I personally tie every fly I sell, so it is not physically possible to deliver all fly orders on short notice. I encourage you to place fly orders well in advance of when you need flies. If you need flies on short notice, I will make every effort to fill your order. Feel free to phone (608) 847-5192, for current delivery time.
Custom Flies: I will custom tie sizes and color variations of the fly patterns listed in this catalog (on custom flies, please order 3 of more flies per size/color). For custom tying of fly patterns not listed in this catalog, please call for pricing and availability.
My Guarantee: Inspect flies upon receipt. If you’re not satisfied, return your entire order. I'll issue a full refund upon receipt of flies in original condition. Sorry, no partial return of orders. No return of custom-tied flies.
